Initiative
The Ubiquitous Computing Implementation Research (UCIR) project was the result of NSF-funded consortia researching one-to-one and two-to-one computing initiatives in 6-12 school systems. The research presented on this website is specifically focused on the effects of leadership and policy on the initiative as well as classroom practice in the ubiquitous computing environment.
